We normally allow around 45 minutes for a straightforward service. Appliance condition, access and the manufacturer’s procedure can change this.

Pricing & approval
Confirm the price for your appliance when booking. The gas Boiler Service Plan is £7.50/month (£90 across 12 payments); its separate terms apply. Repairs and parts are additional.
