We contact you to arrange an inspection. Cover is subject to a satisfactory survey; the team confirms your cover and start date once approved.

How quickly will you respond?
We guarantee to be with you within 24 hours for the initial visit.
What if my boiler is already broken?
We can assess it for a diagnostic fee, then confirm whether it can be covered or quote for the repair before signup.
What is the minimum term?
The minimum term for Homecare plans is one year, with a 14-day cooling-off period subject to the policy terms.
What happens after I join?
An engineer will contact you to arrange the initial site visit and complete your documents.
Which boilers do you cover?
All makes and models of gas condensing boiler, with bespoke quotes for oil boilers.
